bound with tarragon, garlic and shallots, served with raspberry vinaigrette, rocket garlic croutons and crisp parsnip

poached duck egg, roasted artichokes and hollandaise

Rump steak
locally reared, served on sweet potato and goats cheese mash, roasted parsnips, green beans and red wine jus
